A civil fraud case was filed against Donald Trump and three of his children, Ivanka, Donald Junior and Eric by the state’s Attoney General, Letitia James.

James says, “Following a three year investigation and reviews of millions of documents submitted by Trump and his associates, We are filing a lawsuit against Trump for  violating a law as part of his efforts to generate profits for himself his family and his company.” In addition, James said that Trump inflated his net-worth by billions of dollars and to cheat the system and hence defraud the New York Taxpayer.

Other defeandants include the former organization CFO Alan Wisenberg and Geoffrey McConney. The lawsuit says that the organization inflates values of property through misleading appraisals and defrauds tax officials and insurers. James is seeking 250 million dollars in funds and bans of Trump and his three children permanently from doing business in the State of New York.

Responding to the lawsuit on Truth Social, Mr. Trump says that it is another witchhunt and termed the action as ‘racist’. Trump continued to say, “She is a fraud that campaigned on a get Trump platform despite the fact that the city is one crime and disaster capital of the world under her watch!”
